If there are complications or additional costs because of your needs, for contact you. If possible, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Otherwise, if your furniture is light, shipped flat and ready to assemble or if we are delivering to a business, your order will ship via common carrier. Common carriers deliver during normal business hours. If your furniture is extremely heavy and we are delivering to a residence, inside delivery will be provided.
